We want you to love your purchase, but if you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
Physical Prints Returns
If you wish to return your physical print, please follow these steps:

Return Address: The return address is printed on your package. If you cannot find it, please email us at info@themusetale.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for your return
- Return Timeframe: Returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Return: Items must be in their original condition and packaging. We are unable to accept damaged or used prints.
- Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Digital Art Downloads
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on digital downloads, as they cannot be returned. However, if there is an issue with your files (e.g., incorrect or corrupted files), please reach out to us at info@themusetale.com, and we will issue you new digital prints at no additional cost.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow these steps:
- Return Your Item – You can return your package following our Returns Policy (returns must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order).
- Place a New Order – Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.
Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed, as we begin processing them immediately. Please double-check your order details before completing your purchase.
Promotional Codes
Discounts and promotional codes cannot be applied retroactively to an order after it has already been placed. Please ensure you enter any promo codes at checkout before finalizing your purchase.
